Information Architecture for numerous Destination Websites and Microsites. Architected a phased merger of 39 websites into one global template for the biggest hair care brand in the world (Pantene). Developed unique and efficient methods of performing information architecture tasks (ie: Conversational IA and RIA documentation). Contributed to business-wide knowledge management tool planning and development. Facilitated brainstorming and whiteboarding sessions.

Computer Experience
Regularly use Microsoft Visio, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Macromedia Dreamweaver. I have an introductory knowledge of ATG’s Content Management System, OmniGraffle and Adobe Flash. I am familiar with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. I can comfortably use both Macs and PCs.
